• Minimum rental is for a one week period
• Rates for the months of April, May, and October 2019 are $1000.00 per week, plus cleaning fee
• Rates for the months of June, July and August 2019 are $1300.00 per week, plus cleaning fee
• Rates for the month of September 2019 are $1200.00 per week, plus cleaning fee
• Special Rates are available for a two week period or a one or more month rental
