• The Villa has three levels – it is built into the slope – approximately 130 square metres
• Comfortably sleeps six – two per level
• On the lower ground level there is a huge recreation room with new bathroom and new kitchen – gas stove and oven and half fridge, as well as a flat screen tv
• It is possible to have two individuals sleeping in this lower ground level, since it has two sofa beds that were purchased in 2014
• On main ground level there is a bathroom and brand new kitchen with granite countertops and breakfast bar, leading to outdoor terrace where you can enjoy meals
• The second level has a huge loft which can accommodate four people – there is a double bed and two single beds, would be ideal for a family of four – this loft opens onto the Romeo and Juliet Balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee
• Linens and towels are provided and are laundered once per week
• There is a bakery across from the Villa – you can purchase fresh bread and cookies every day
• There are several small grocery stores in town and a butcher shop
• When we are there we go to Osteria della Fontana and shop at Cityper or Eurospin which are comparable to a north American grocery store or we head to Frosinone
• There is an ATM in town – there are several more in Osteria della Fontana
• WI FI is available at the local coffee shop/gelateria
• Every Sunday a farmers market comes to town – fresh fruit, vegetables, cheese, and cured meats
